The international professional formation of Synthesis comes from experience in Italy and abroad, to which is added a good knowledge of Eastern European countries and the investigation of new countries with a growing industry (India and the Middle East).
Philosophy: a great wine is recognised immediately! Starting from this concept, it is possible to understand what is hiding behind the long refinements in wood or in bottles that are often passed off as complex maturation processes, giving the illusion that time manages to transform mediocrity into elegance.
Therefore, a great wine is obtained by succeeding in transferring the aromatic heritage of the grapes, contained in the skins, the juice, and maintaining it during all the transformations, with the knowledge that each wine support different refining techniques.
The oenology of Synthesis is above all directed towards projects for international wines.
An international product possess the organoleptic features that enable it to be sold all over the world, such as colour intensity, aromatic persistence and intensity, but with a fascination typical of products “made in Italy” and with strong territorial characteristics.
“Good” wine is made in the vineyard starting from exceptional grapes and then the oenologist must respect the integrity of the grapes as much as possible, that will then be reflected in the finished product.
